In the third and final year of our masters of occupational therapy we have worked on developing a program for an underserved population. In completing this project, I have learned to plan, develop, organize, and market the delivery of services. Through a needs analysis, I have determined the programmatic needs and service delivery options. Also in consideration through the development is the formulation and management of staffing for effective service delivery. (ACOTE Standard #6)
