The following assignment is an artifact that demonstrates, through my education, I have developed strategies for analyzing ethical conflicts and working to resolve personal and organizational issues surrounding such conflicts. While writing the reflective diary entry, I was able to reflect upon areas that I was successful as well as some aspects of the situation that I can learn from, and do differently next time.
